If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 35% inconvenience fee, which will be charged to the card on file. No-shows or missed appointments without notice may result in a restriction from booking future appointments. Please note, a 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled to maintain fairness to all clients. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your service total. I understand that life happens, so clients are welcome to reschedule their appointment without forfeiting their deposit—as long as the reschedule is made at least 48 hours in advance.
